Screenwriter

William (Bill) Kingman

Bill is a direct descendant of the Pilgrims who first arrived on America’s shores in 1620; however, unlike his ancestors, Bill quickly gave up on bitter New England Winters, and now lives comfortably in his adopted state of Mississippi.

Bill spent thirty years as a highly decorated Senior Special Agent and Supervisor with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), as well as numerous years as a commissioned officer in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (the USAF equivalent to NCIS). His experience confronting outlaw motorcycle gangs, raiding Neo-Nazi extremist compounds, deadly shootouts with street level drug dealers, and even investigating former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein in Iraq, allows him to bring edgy and gripping realism to his screenwriting projects.

Bill and his writing partner, Don Morgan, have created numerous original movie and TV scripts, and have adapted some critically acclaimed novels into screenplays, including the 1976 PEN/Hemingway Foundation Award winner, Parthian Shot.
