That is what makes her and her clients happy. As the sole recruiter at LinkedIn in 2006, when LinkedIn was only 45 employees, Hilary doubled the Engineering Team in her first year alone. Since then, she has built a reputation as a master communicator. Hilary graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in sociology and economics, providing her with a solid background on how people and businesses work. As a world traveler, she splits her time between living in California and Mexico.
