Alison has been writing for years in a variety of mediums. With a degree in Film and Media Studies from Arizona State University, she decided to make the leap into writing full-time; and much to her parents’ relief, she did not, in fact, starve. She has worked as the director of development for Story First, a Chinese film studio, creating, writing, and consulting on numerous television series. Alison has developed and written pilot scripts and features for independent producers and studios, and has also served as the head speechwriter and communications director for a U.S. Senate Campaign. Most recently, she has worked as the Head of Story for a Korean/American Comics and Novel Company. When she’s not writing, she can be found traveling, though when she’s traveling, she tries very hard not to be found.
